whew.

i couldnt even do most of the workouts properly due to my soreness from the day before...but i actually went the full hour this time.

now. onto shutter island.

p90x is rough shit.

i couldnt even do the whole thing..just half of it. but ill get better. you'll see.

on happier news. whiskey has no carbs.

this helps my meat/fat/whiskey diet. score!

Day 1.



Lent.

New Leaf.

Awakening.

Whatever you want to call it.

Im starting over. New. Fresh.

Today is Day 1 of my diet to a new (skinny) me. I gotta tell you its tough not to eat starch but i just gotta get over the hump. plus i got that p90x stuff. just gotta be motivated to start it.

As for other news. although theyll make no sense to you. (or maybe it does)

- half way done.

- so inspired to learn/create.

- dramas are fun to watch than be in. ducks eventually become rabbits.

- forget and digress. move along.

- i wish this dream comes true.
